On July 29, 2022, a Los Angeles Superior Court Jury returned a verdict in favor of a firm client, a female LAPD officer assigned to the Hollywood Division. The 12-person jury found the LAPD liable for both sexual harassment and workplace retaliation and awarded our client $2.5 million in damages. The jury found that our client experienced extreme emotional distress, anxiety and embarrassment through trying to endure this toxic work environment.
