A partner of the firm, Zach Schwake specializes in employment litigation.
Zach graduated from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2014. While in law school, Zach participated in an employment clinic where he investigated, mediated, and gave ruling recommendations on employee wage disputes filed with a state agency.
Prior to joining the firm, Zach worked at a labor and employment defense firm, defending employers in litigation as well as administrative hearings and government investigations. Zach has also been a speaker on various employment law topics and has advised human resources departments on proper employment practices.
Zach is licensed to practice in California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
