Jeannette Van Horst

Jeannette Van Horst is a partner with the firm. She has practiced in the field of medical malpractice defense since 1993. During that time she has defended numerous physicians and hospitals in Southern California. She has focused on complex medical and birth injury cases.

She also defends physicians and nurses before the Medical Board of California and Board of Registered Nursing.

Jeannette has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in nursing and is a Registered Nurse. She received her juris doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 1993.

She is a member of the California Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Association of Southern California Hospital Risk Managers. She is also on the alumni board of directors at Southwestern University School of Law.

Jeannette is licensed to practice before all the courts in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
