Holly Carnes is an associate attorney with Law + Brandmeyer where she specializes in defending healthcare facilities and physicians in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and elder/dependent adult abuse matters. Holly also has expertise litigating general liability and employment matters, including complex litigation and class actions. Holly has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation with a history of obtaining favorable results for her clients through mediation, arbitration, and dispositive motions.
Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Holly earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida in 2013 and obtained her B.A. in English – Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida in 2010.
Holly is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and all California Federal District Courts.
