Chuck Law Attains Diplomate Rank With the American Board of Trial Advocates
In December 2017, Chuck was elevated to the rank of Diplomate, the highest rank in ABOTA, after completing more than 100 jury trials. The Diplomate elevation is a culmination of many years of a successful trial practice. Chuck’s participation in ABOTA began in 2000 when he was invited to join ABOTA with the rank of Associate, after having tried over 20 jury trials and demonstrating the prerequisite qualities of trial skills, integrity, honor and courtesy in the practice of law. Through the years, Chuck continued to hone his trial advocacy skills, and he was elevated to the ABOTA rank of Advocate after trying more than 50 jury trials
Chuck is proud of this professional achievement and, more importantly, to be a longstanding member of ABOTA, an organization that fosters “improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy”, aids in the education and training of trial lawyers, and promotes effective representation of the litigants with the general public benefitting from the efficient administration of the justice system consistent with the principles of litigation.
